                                                       Thank you!

Dear Parents and Friends of St. Ben’s,

On behalf of all of us at St. Benedict School, we want to say thank you for your attendance at this year’s “Blessings & Bluegrass” Banquet. First, I would like to thank all members of the committee who have dedicated so much time, effort and creativity to make this event so special. I also want to say thank you to all who have given so generously to make this event happen. Without you and your generous donations, tonight’s banquet would not take place. So again, to the committee and donors: God bless you and thank you from all of us at St. Benedict School!

Please, keep in mind that a school such as St. Ben’s is highly dependent on donations to provide our students the type of educational experience of which we can all be proud. St. Benedict School has a well known tradition of producing well educated and faith-centered students who become positive forces in our world. We certainly want to keep that tradition alive! Nights like this make that happen. The funding from our Banquet allows us to make sure we have current technology and updated curriculum. It ensures that our building operates well and allows us to purchase necessary equipment. These are challenges we face each and every year. In order to ensure these needs are met, fundraising is a must.

Your presence at this years event means so much to all of us. The continued support, from not only the Catholic community but the entire Decorah community, is much appreciated. Without your support, we would not be able to provide the excellent opportunities we currently offer. Thank you all for all you do!

Consider all spending that took place at this event a much appreciated gift that will provide our students, staff and families with a great facility where a high quality education is instilled with Catholic values. Additionally, keep in mind the great memories of St. Benedict School that will last a lifetime in the minds of our students.

Again, on behalf of the entire staff of St. Benedict School, thank you for attending this wonderful event. Your participation as our guest is most deeply appreciated. Thank you for being a supporter of Catholic education in our beautiful community!

God bless,

Steve Haluska, Principal St. Benedict School
